I suffered severe stomach pain. Dr. Put me on IV, checked heart and blood pressure, and ran lab tests. He sent me for a cat scan and told me he would call me at home with results. Ten minutes after I arrived home after cat scan he called me and told me to go to Desert Regional Medical Center emergency room immediately---my appendix was ready to burst!!!!God bless Dr and staff. They saved my life.

I took my father here. 86 and very fragile/weak. I was already very depressed about my fathers health declining & I walked in since this woman who was taking blood was taking forever. I was horrified to find this woman poking him with a needle repeatedly & laughing hysterically. It was like something you would see in a horror film except it was a sad reality for a 87 year old veteran, a human being. I went & told my mom who stormed in there and demanded to know what she was doing. She claimed she couldn’t “find the vein” and had finally stopped laughing. Just because I was in a very depressed state of mind and did not say anything to them at the time, does not mean I can’t warn others because no veteran or any human being deserve this or any kind of horrendous treatment, humiliation. It was one of the most repulsive things I’ve ever experienced, my father passed away not long after this. The woman was obviously racist (a black, fat slob) who would not in a million years had done this to a fellow black woman of her size without getting a nice, big fat beat down. I would give the world to be able to go back in time, and make sure that it was just as painful and unforgettable as it was for my father & I. She did this knowing he was frail and couldn’t speak up or defend himself. If you take your loved ones here WATCH them carefully & keep an eye out for this sadistic filth of a human being that they claimed to have just hired when that happened in 2015. May her and everyone who condones that ALL BURN IN HELL
